Every entry appears in your dashboard. Delete what does not belong and export the whole book as a CSV file.
What the guest book does — and what it leaves out on purpose.
It is deliberately simple: written greetings, shown with the guest’s name, next to the photos of the same day. No decoration tools, no recordings, nothing a guest has to learn first.

The guest book is part of the event gallery. Guests who have just uploaded their pictures see the invitation to write a few words, and everyone in the gallery reads along, live, as new entries arrive.

Personal words in a private gallery.
Entries are visible only to people who can open your gallery — guests with your link or QR code, and with the password if you set one from the Pro plan. They are stored in the EU together with your photos, are not used for advertising, and are deleted with the event.

How it works, what it costs and where its limits are.
A guest book that guests fill in on their own phone instead of on paper. With Snapveil it is part of the event gallery: guests scan the QR code, open the guest book and type a greeting that the hosts and the other guests can read.
It is included in every plan, the free one too. Free covers 250 photos for two months; Pro is a one-off €9.90 per event for 2,000 photos and 12 months; Pro + AI is €29.90. The guest book itself costs nothing extra.
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link, enter their name once and can write straight away in the browser.
No. The guest book takes written text only, up to 1,000 characters per entry and three entries per guest. Videos can be uploaded to the gallery itself from the Pro plan, but they are not part of the guest book.
Yes. As the host you can delete any entry from your dashboard or directly in the gallery. Guests can delete their own entries.
Export the guest book as a CSV file from your dashboard. It contains the name, date and message of every entry and opens in any spreadsheet program. Entries stay online for as long as the event is stored.
Yes. The guest book and the photo upload are independent; guests can write without uploading anything. The QR code is the same either way.
