Yes. The server is in Germany, and photos and videos are stored encrypted in the EU. Your gallery is private and cannot be found publicly. We do not sell data, show no ads and do not train AI on your photos. Service providers only work for us under a data processing agreement.
You pay once per event, with no subscription. Free includes 250 photos and two months of storage; videos are not included. Pro costs €9.90 for 2,000 photos and up to 10 videos. Pro + AI costs €29.90 for 10,000 photos and up to 30 videos. Both paid plans include twelve months of storage. Videos also have duration and storage limits. AI features on Pro + AI apply to photos.
Paid plans let you download photos and videos as unchanged original files, including 4K videos. Photos are also available in HD and SD. You can export photos and video originals together as a ZIP file. Free includes SD photo downloads.
On the Pro + AI plan you simply describe what you are looking for, for example “cutting the cake”. Snapveil has already categorized and tagged the photos automatically and turned GPS coordinates into readable place names, then searches all of that at once.
Pro includes 10 videos of up to 3 minutes each, 15 minutes in total and 5 GB of original storage. Pro + AI includes 30 videos of up to 10 minutes each, 60 minutes in total and 20 GB of original storage. The maximum file size is 2 GB with Pro and 5 GB with Pro + AI. GB are decimal: 1 GB equals 1,000,000,000 bytes. Free does not include videos. Existing photo allowances remain available in addition. Videos are not automatically analyzed with AI.
